The Canadian army accepts recruits from the age of eighteen. However, there is no upper age limit for joining the reserves.<\/p>\n

There is no definitive answer to this question as it depends on a number of factors, including the physical and mental condition of the individual and whether they meet the minimum requirements for entry into the Canadian Army. Generally speaking, however, those who are over the age of 35 may find it more difficult to join the Canadian Army than those who are younger.<\/p>\n

Can you join the Canadian military at any age? <\/h2>\n

In order to join the Canadian Armed Forces, you must be at least 18 years old (17 years old with parental consent), except for the Paid Education programs and the Primary Reserves. For the Paid Education programs, you may be 16 years old with parental consent. For the Primary Reserves, you may be 16 years old with parental consent and must be enrolled as a full-time student.<\/p>\n

It is possible to join the military at age 52, although it is more difficult to be accepted into the Regular Force. The Reserve Force may be a more realistic option.<\/p>\n
